Welcome to DreamTrips.io. These Terms govern your use of the DreamTrips.io website and trip-planning service (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Liat Chamma, 35 Almogan St, Modiin, Israel, 7170290 ("DreamTrips," "we," or "us"). Contact us at admin@dreamtrips.io.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use it.

1. What DreamTrips provides

DreamTrips helps you create a day-by-day travel plan. Depending on the features available, a plan may include suggested places and routes, travel times, opening-hour information, and prices.

Currently, DreamTrips does not make bookings, take payments, or send your trip information to booking or affiliate partners. If booking links or other booking features become available, we will explain how they work and update these Terms as needed. Any booking you make with an independent provider is subject to that provider's prices and terms.

Prices are shown in the local currency by default. You can choose another display currency, such as ₪, USD, or GBP. Converted amounts are for planning; the provider confirms the currency and final amount payable for any booking.

2. Plans and travel information

A plan is a planning aid. It is not a confirmed reservation or a guarantee that a trip is suitable or possible. Prices, availability, routes, travel times, opening hours, and other travel information can change or be incomplete. A price labelled as an estimate is an estimate; a price you enter reflects the information you supplied.

Check details that matter to your trip with the relevant provider or an official source before relying on them. This is particularly important for entry requirements, accessibility, travel with children, and dietary or religious requirements. If you tell us an item is already booked, we can plan around the details you provide, but we cannot verify or manage that booking.

3. Your input and use of the Service

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for reviewing a plan before acting on it. Only provide information about another person when you are permitted to do so. Do not enter passport numbers, payment-card details, medical records, or other information the planning questions do not require.

You may use the Service for personal travel planning. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access to a trip, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

4. Shared and public plans

DreamTrips is responsible for keeping personal information and private notes out of shared and public plan views. These views exclude names, contact details, booking references, private notes, and other identifying information collected for planning. They may show itinerary details, travel dates, destinations, and group details needed to understand the trip.

Where private sharing is available, anyone with a shared link may forward it. Where public publishing is available, a published plan may appear in search results and may be copied or shared by others. Contact admin@dreamtrips.io if you believe a plan or link exposes information that should be private.

5. Your content and our content

You keep any rights you have in information you submit. You give us permission to store and process it to provide the Service, and to display the appropriate version of a plan when you choose to share or publish it. Our Privacy Policy explains how service providers may process information on our behalf.

DreamTrips and its licensors retain rights in the Service, its design, and its original content. You may use a generated plan for your own travel and share it through the Service. Third-party maps, place information, and other third-party content may have separate terms.

6. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, and correct or remove inaccurate content. We may update these Terms as the Service changes. The updated Terms will show a new date, and we will provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate.

7. Liability

We take reasonable care in providing the Service, but plans and third-party travel information may contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused by changes to travel information, acts or omissions of independent providers, or decisions made without checking material trip details.

Nothing in these Terms limits a right or liability that cannot legally be limited.

8. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will hear disputes.
